The BSPA was formed in 1988 by a group of twelve Skewbald & Piebald enthusiasts.

In 1994 we were the first coloured society to gain DEFRA recognition as a Horse Passport issuing organisation.

We are a friendly welcoming society who will do our very best to offer you help and advice
